Trans Asia Plane Crash

It was a foggy day in Taipei, Taiwan when a Trans Asia Plane clipped a bridge and plunged into a river. 

At least 31 dead, but survivor Lin Ming-wei, age 37,  managed to save his wife first then, according to NBC News, revived his two-year-old boy after two or three minutes finding him in the cabin unconscious. 

As soon as Lin Found his baby Lin Jih-yao he immediately began CPR. As NBC states, before Lin found his son and began CPR he noticed that his lips were turning purple and was showing no signs of life. 

Out of 58 passengers, 15 survivors, and 31 dead, 12 still remain unaccounted for.
